Incorrect spouse social security number on 2018, now unable to file 2019

Helping my brother and his hemiplegic wife to do their taxes. Married last year and filed jointly. She worked 3 hours this year and when we went to file for 2019, we realized that her SSN on 2018 was incorrect. She did not work that year and neither had realized that one number was off. Will not let them efile this year. Is there any way to expedite the amended return for 2018 since there will be no change except for the number? They are low income and can really use the refund. Thank you.

Try using zero for the AGI.  If that does not work, then the return has to be printed, signed and mailed.
