Incorrectly filed that someone can claim me as a dependent but no one can claim me

Hi all,

I inaccurately filed that someone could claim me as a dependent. I was 23 at the end of 2019 and not a student. How do I file a 1040-X to change my personal information? I cannot amend my tax return using TurboTax and then print it - for some reason it is prompting me to pay for an upgrade and not calculating my returns correctly (the taxes I have already paid are more than the taxes I owe yet my state refund is calculated as $0). Please let me know how to file the 1040-X by hand if I am just changing my personal information. Do I only fill out the top sections, my filing status, and Part III?
