IRS accepted my taxes on 2/12

I still haven't received them. Got a letter from them saying they are still reviewing them. What is the deal

Please be aware, the IRS is currently taking longer to process returns because they are backlogged. Like he letter mentioned the IRS is still processing your return. Keep checking the IRS Where's My Refund? site for updates.
