TurboTax cannot speak to the IRS for you. Code 9021 means there is some sort of a math error. You may have left out some income that an employer reported to the IRS, or you may have entered an incorrect amount somewhere. The IRS will send you a letter if they want any more information from you. Meanwhile sit tight and wait for them to finish processing your return.
