If you elected to pay your fees with your refund, then you would need to contact TPG as they are the one who would be handling your refund. You can also check out this TPG Help Article to check on your refund.

If you did not pay your fees with your refund, then you will need to continue to try to contact the IRS. Please see How do I contact the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)? for more information, including the IRS phone number and hours of operation. You may want to try calling right when they open since they have been very busy throughout the day.

I tried to contact TPG.  They are as useless as the IRS with their automatic answering lines.  They make you enter private information like a SSN.  Then they hang up on you during their normal business hours with an automatic answering system that tells you to "Call during business hours."  If this is the type of service one can expect then I will no longer be using Turbo Tax after losing my refund this year.  I will also considering pursuing the tax payer rights legal system.  I understand that this is the busy time of year for tax professionals but to lose a refund is unacceptable.  I have no idea where this electronic refund went but am provided no recourse from Turbo Tax, TPG or the IRS to find out or follow up.  Some one has messed up and there is no recourse.  All avenues provided have been dead ends.
