Until the IRS starts processing your tax return there may not be a record of it on the IRS website.  Please see the below TurboTax FAQ for more information:
Why is there no record of my return at Where's My Refund (WMR)?

 

You can check your e-file status to ensure your returns were transmitted by logging into your TurboTax account. After signing in, you will see the status of your return in Tax Home. For more information, please see How do I check my e-file status?
