I got a letter in the mail saying I needed to send them a completed form 8962 and a copy of my form 1095-A form. Unfortunately I do not have a 1095-A form. I did not have health insurance during this time. And I’m not sure what a 8962 form is. Thank you.

    The IRS has incorrect information on you for your health insurance information.

    Call the number on the IRS letter your received to resolve this issue.
