Received letter from IRS that says my tax return doesn't match the information they have on file. The largest discrepancy be the sale of our home, listed twice. This money was held in escrow, paid off loan and rolled over to purchase our new home.  I believe we entered all then information and the turbo tax told us that there wasn't any information to provide.

If you got a form 1099-S for the sale of the home you had to report it on the return even if it was not taxable ... you missed this one check box ...
