IRS Pending Status for More than 48 Hours

My return has been pending with IRS for more than 48 hours. I used Turbotax Freefile. I initially received a message that transmission was not successful and to retry. I did that and received another error message. But when I went to retry, it suddenly changed to filed. Is there any way for Turbotax to verify that the file isn't corrupted in cyberspace somewhere? Don't know why it's taking IRS this long. I filed on Feb 19, 2020.

The status should update in approximately 24-48 hours but it could be longer. Unfortunately, once the return is submitted, TurboTax has no control over how fast the return is accepted.
