Why on TurboTax does it say...

Check to make sure you are in the correct TurboTax account. Then check your e-file status.

Here's help for checking your e-file status:

In TurboTax if you don't see Pending or Accepted as the status, you may not have completed the e-file and you need to Transmit your return.
