IRS said it scheduled my money to post on April 30, 2020. Why isn't it in my account now?

TurboTax never knows about offsets to your refund for debts you owe, and TurboTax will not know what the IRS did with your stimulus check if that is what you are asking about.  However, you mentioned child support.  If you owe back child support there is a very good chance your refund was seized for the child support; if you still owe more child support, they will also seize your stimulus check.
