This is the date they have set for your direct deposit. To understand why it is that date, you would need to contact the IRS to determine their exact reason.

The time it takes the return to finish being processed, moves to approved for release and the actual DDD can be several days ... and there is nothing you can do to speed the process up ... all you can do is wait patiently and check the IRS site once a day for a progress report.
