IRS says turbotax has my refund still

I filed on Jan 24. Everything was accepted very quickly. IRS track my refund says it was deposited Feb 25. IT WASNT. I called IRS.. They said turbotax needs to take their payment out first. How long does that take? I haven't received my state or federal. I want to call a live person and talk to them this is ridiculous!

I tracked my refund on tpg and it was it was delivered to my account number. My bank says otherwise. The tpg website gives me zero information on contacting someone. Who do i call?
