Question

IRS send letter, asking me to ask employer to send W-2 to them directly. Employer states, we don't do it. Its for IRS Notice 2014-7 (tax exempt payments) What shall I do?

The employer does not have to comply with your request, as you are just acting as a go-between. I would inform the IRS of the employer's reluctance to co-operate and suggest that the IRS contact the employer directly with their request.
