IRS stated my refund was sent to arother bank account

hi,

as I stated above the IRS showed my bank account info and a 3rd party bank account on my electronically refund. they asked if I owed you money for the transfer ,but my recollection was I paid for the transmit ion by credit card. The IRS is investigating but it could take 180 days. I am hoping someone at turbo tax or intuit could look into what happened? This was my first time electronically sending my taxes in.

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the $40 service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the $40 service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
