Is an amended 2020 return required before I file 2021, given I noticed an incorrect additional tax on line 49 due to a mistake made for Excess HSA contribution in 2020?

I did not have excess HSA contribution in 2020, not sure if i have to do amended return before i file 2021 taxes?
