Question

Is anyone else having issues getting your tax refund? We filed on 2/5, return accepted 2/12, and no refund yet. The IRS transcript shows no return received. Help!

Called the IRS last week, and they said there was an "unknown error" and they didn't know what it could be. I can't get a person with the IRS this week. They keep telling me the queue is too long and ending the call.

Most refunds are received within 21 days from the time a return has been accepted (received). However, some returns take longer than others. It's possible your return may require additional review and take longer to process.
The IRS Where's My Refund? site is updated daily usually in the evening hours. You can also call the WMR Hotline at 800-829-1954 for updated status.
