Is anyone else having trouble getting a refund status? Mine is still saying "your refund is still being processed and a refund date will be provided when available" wth..

The IRS issues most refunds from e-filed returns in about 21 days, although some returns take more time to review. The IRS issues refunds, not TurboTax. This means that we can't say for sure why you haven't received your refund if it's been longer than 21 days since you e-filed.

If it's still showing processing, that just means the IRS is still reviewing your return. You would just want to continue to check the status using the Where's My Refund? site. If it has been more than 21 days since your e-filed return was accepted, you may want to reach out to the IRS directly to check on the status.
