Is is important to amend a return for less than a dollar of taxable income?

I forgot to add a 1099R form to my taxes, which have already been filed and accepted. The 1099R has $0.36 in box 2a ("Taxable amount") and $0.11 in box 4 ("Federal Income tax withheld"). Is it critical that I go through the process of amending the return, i.e. will anything change or will the IRS come after me if I don't?

I would not worry about filing an amendment. That is less than a dollar and even if the IRS contacts you, I doubt the taxes would be extraordinarily high.
