Is it just me or is anyone else having trouble with the non-existent refund tracker ???

Has the IRS accepted your returns yet? There would not be any information on there for you until at least 24 hours after the return has been accepted by the IRS. If the online tracker is not working for you, you can always try the phone option. There should be a phone number listed on the "where's my refund" site.
