    Yes; they just started accepting returns yesterday, Feb 11th.    Colorado Delays

    They hadn't started processing any as of 4 Feb, but no other news recently.

     

    One of the CO revenue pages says Coming Soon.

     

    last year, CO didn't start processing until ~14 Feb...so maybe they'll start processing in the next few days...but the massive backlog could take a week to work thru.
