Is it ok that my routing number and account number are on my state return (paper mail) in which I owe?

I owe Georgia, but Got money back from federal and California (Already received the money in my bank). For Georgia I have to send in all 3 returns (GA, Fed, and CA). Turbo tax auto fills my routing and account number for fed and CA. It just feels weird to have my account and routing number on there for Georgia to see. Is it ok?

That is perfectly fine. GA already has accessed to your account number anyway. For instance, if you don't pay GA, eventually (a few months down the road), they will actually garnish (or take the money) straight out of your bank, whether you give them the account number or not.
