Question

Is it possible to refund your purchase after buying turbo tax deluxe? Also is it possible to cancel my refund through turbo tax if I have already filed recently?

For assistance with a product refund, you would need to contact customer service by clicking here. Most often if you have filed your tax return, they do not issue a refund as you have already used the product. 

 

If you have submitted your refund via e-file or by mail, you cannot cancel your submission.
