Is the ACH credit the remainder of my federal return?

So I seen that state refund came through but I also got something extra under “ACH CREDIT TPG PRODUCTS SBTPG LLC”. With the amount that it was I figured it was my federal return but with the turbo tax fees taken out. Is this right?

    Yes, that would be your refund minus any fees.
