Is the checking number on the refund part of form to the bank card you issue?
there is an unknown checking account number on my tax return
Yes, if you selected the TurboTax Visa Card, then you will see routing and account numbers that you don't recognize on those lines. Its part of the banking process to deposit the money on the card.
