Is the refund advance not showing up for anyone else? I meet the criteria but its not coming up on my file all i have is direct deposit

I am on the how would you like to receive your federal refund. I have tried signing out and signing back in i also signed into another device and it still says the same thing

TurboTax is offering refund advance loans to those who qualify. If you qualify the loan is offered at the time that you file your tax return.

You do not get the money until the 2020 e-file has been ACCEPTED by the IRS.You also have to agree to receive your refund on a new prepaid TurboTax Visa.
