Is there a date of when we will get our amended returns back ?

Do you mean you sent in a Form 1040X to amend a tax return?   In "normal" times it takes the IRS about four months to process an amended return.   During the pandemic it is taking a LOT longer, so do not expect quick results from amending.   Expect it to take 6 months or more.  Eventually you can see information here:
