Is there a way possible that I can get a pre-paid TurboTax card to load my tax refund on?

If you have the TT fees withheld from your federal refund you can get the card ... this will cost you $40 ... so if you do not have any TT fees to pay I suggest you get a prepaid debit card from the local store to use for only $5
