Is there a way to edit my 1098 form submission? I submitted my total interest paid, but Turbo tax automatically submitted my interest to only undergraduate loans.

The total interest paid contains both graduate and undergraduate loans.

If your return is rejected, you can edit your return. Otherwise, you will need to amend if there is a problem. Not knowing your income and limitations, I don't know if the program limited the deduction for other reasons. See Topic no. 456, Student loan interest deduction.
