Is there a way to ignore an amended return and pull information for 2020 from the 2019 return which was efiled?

I amended our 2019 return but never mailed it, as I was incorrect.  The 2019 return we efiled with turbotax was correct.  How do I get turbotax to ignore the amended return which was never filed and pull info from the original 2019 return which was efiled?

Unless you saved the original return as a separate file, you overwrote it when you started to amend.  But see:
