Employers have until January 31 to issue W-2's.  Some employers make them available for import but often you still need some information from the actual W-2 to access the import.  You have to be patient.  Ask the employer when they will be ready.  The IRS is not accepting returns until January 27, so there is no big rush--it will not result in an early refund.
