Is there anyway that I can get the first two stimulus checks? Never received any of them not even the 3rd one

You have to file a 2020 federal tax return to get the Recovery Rebate Credit for the 1st and 2nd stimulus payments if they were not  received.  Once you complete the federal tax return in the TurboTax program you will be asked about stimulus payments in the Federal Review section, provided you are not a dependent or you 2020 AGI is below the threshold for the credit.  The credit is entered on the Form 1040 Line 30 and will be included in the federal tax refund or will reduce any federal taxes owed.

The third stimulus payment will be based on either your 2020 or 2019 federal tax returns that were filed.  The 3rd stimulus is not part of the 2020 tax return.  The IRS controls when and if the third stimulus payment is disbursed.
