TurboTax will not offer that (if they do this year) until sometime in January.

    It is not yet known if TurboTax will offer a tax refund advance for tax year 2020.  If the advance is available it will be after 01/01/2021 and would be only offered to selected users as was the case during the 2019 tax year.
