Question

Is there someone I can email since I am hard of hearing to talk about a notice I got for my 2021 taxes?

I only want to communicate via email even cam to cam would work.

We do have a chat feature for TurboTax Live. Please see this Help Article on how this works and how to obtain TurboTax Live.  

 

You can also reach out to us directly using the Help Article here.  This ensures you will get to the correct department as quickly as possible.  For this option, you could utilize a relay service to speak with us over the phone.
