It has been 3 months since i recieved my federal return

If i received my federal tax return why did i not receive my state tax return?

Each state handles its own refunds. We don't have a time frame for when states choose to issue refunds.  You can track your refund status or contact your state Department of Revenue to inquire about the whereabouts of your refund.  Select your state on the following TurboTax FAQ to get directed to their website:  How do I track my state refund? - Community

 

It's also possible that the state issued a refund offset to satisfy delinquent debt.  If this happens, you should receive an explanatory letter detailing why your refund was offset.
