It is asking me to change a value to zero or delete the zero on my 1095-A. It shows it as a zero and when I try to delete it it says the same thing?

When getting unexpected results on a form, sometimes it is faster to delete the form and re-enter it. To include Form 1095-A in your return, there must be at least one number. It cannot all be zeros or there will be an error message.

To delete Form 1095-A in TurboTax Online, follow these steps:

• From the left menu, select Tax Tools.
• Select Tools.
• Scroll to Delete a Form.
• Scroll to Form 1095-A - Insurance Exchange and select Delete and Delete Selected Form and Continue.
• Scroll to the bottom of the next window and select Continue With My Return.

To re-add Form 1095-A in TurboTax Online, follow these steps:

• From inside TurboTax, go to the search box in the top right corner and enter 1095-A.
• Select the Jump to link in the search results.
