Solved

It looks like I will have to refile my tax return. I filed 2015 not 2016. Is there a way to use TurboTax to refile? I believe a 1099x?

If you accidentally filed 2015 information on your 2016 tax return, you'll have to file an amended return (1040X) for 2016. You can do that in TurboTax, but you'll need to wait until IRS processes your original and issues any refund.  Then you can prepare the amended return and make the necessary changes.

IRS only accepts the 1040X on paper, so you'll print, sign, and mail it.

Here's a link to the TurboTax support page for amending returns, which will get you started:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1894381-how-to-amend-change-or-correct-a-return-you-already-filed

So what do I do if they have not issued the refund yet?
