Question

It’s been 21 days since my return was accepted but I still haven’t gotten anything back

Some refunds can take longer than 21 days. Are you sure it's been 21 days? The IRS did begin accepting tax returns until Jan. 27 unless your's was accepted as part of a test batch. If you had EITC or Additional Child Tax Credit on your tax return, the IRS is not allowed to send your refund until after mid February.
