It said i qualified for refund advance, then i signes out and later signed in to finish and it now says i dont qualify when nothjng had changed? Why?

It is possible that you pre-qualified, but after applying, you were not approved.  If you don't qualify, you'll receive an email confirming you won’t receive a Refund Advance. It will include information about why you were not eligible.
