Question

It said that i was eligible for a stimulus a long while ago but never got it and i filed taxes last year what could it be

You can get the stimulus payment when filing the 2020 federal tax return.  If you are eligible the payment will be entered on your federal tax return Form 1040 Line 30

The TurboTax program will ask about the stimulus payment in the Federal Review section.
