It says my 2018 taxes need attention my federal has already been accepted will I still get my refund

My state was rejected missouri the irs accepted federal refund 3/ 10 where'smyrefund appreciate says we cant give you any info about your refund it says refer to tax topic 152

If your return contained Earned Income Tax Credit (EIC) and/or Additional Child Tax Credit, this is most likely the reason you are seeing Tax Topic 152 on Where's My Refund? site. Tax Topic 152 is basically an informational message from the IRS, letting you know that they are processing your Tax Return. Once the IRS has finished processing your Tax Return successfully, they will update your status to "approved" and will add an estimated direct deposit to WMR.
