What income have you entered?  Have you entered a W-2 or self-employment income?   Have you entered the children as dependents?   Did the SO live with you the whole year and have less than $4700 of income?

It was w2 and yes the two children should be covered under the child dependent and she should be covered under the family dependent she had an income but it was below 4700 and she has lived with for years by all of the qualifications I should receive the eic but it isn’t giving it to me it’s saying my income is 0 but I scanned my w2 in and made sure it was correct so I don’t understand

Go to Federal>Wages & Income and check to see what was entered for the W-2.   If it was not entered correctly, then key it in by hand.

Not sure why you posted that----that does not tell us anything.   Again------delete the W-2 and enter it by hand.   Then tell us if you see that amount on line 1 of your Form 1040.   Trying hard to help you here----if these are your children you should be getting EIC and additional child tax credit if you get your information entered correctly.
