It that IRS sent my money to my old bank account and the bank sent it back what should I do I'm on SSI and I did not file taxes thank you?

Do I fill out a form or do I just wait and see if they re send it in the mail instead?

Wait for now. You should get a check or debit card in the mail.

The IRS has sent a notification that “because of the speed at which the IRS issued this second round of payments, some payments may have been sent to an account that may be closed or no longer active. By law, the financial institution must return the payment to the IRS, they cannot hold and issue the payment to an individual when the account is no longer active.”
