If you e-filed your income tax returns, you may confirm their status by using the e-file status lookup tool. For more information on this topic, you may refer to the FAQ: How do I check my e-file status?

Once your state income tax return is in accepted status, select the appropriate state from the list in the FAQ: How do I track my state refund? and you will be directed to that state's website to track your refund status.

Make sure your state return was accepted: https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities. You cannot expect them to arrive at the same time.
