its been a week since filing and the irs still hasnt let me sign to complete..why is this taking so long

your question is not clear. if you e-filed your return, you get 2 e-mails. the first says submitted. the second says either accepted or rejected. you should have gotten the first by now. however, the IRS holds certain returns until 2/15 if they claim certain credits so you won't get an acceptance e-mail until at least that date.

if you did not get a submitted e-mail (make sure you check your spam folder)

you an use Turbotax to check the status
