Just found out my 2022 taxes never were approved

Can I speak to a person from turbo tax

    TurboTax never gets any information from the IRS after you file your tax return, so no one at TT will know why the IRS did not approve your refund.   You have to ask the IRS.

     

    Did you e-file?   Was the return accepted?   If the IRS accepted it, only the IRS was in control from that point forward.

     

    If the IRS accepted it, what does it say here?  

    https://www.irs.gov/refunds       

     

     

      Or does your account say “Ready to Mail?” Or “Rejected?” Or “Printed?”
