Just wondering if I made no changes pretty much the same amount as money how did I end up owing $800 in state taxes when I get return of 200 min for past15 yrs

No I wasn't unemployed no I did not switch jobs I got a dollar raise that's the only difference from year to year Didn't want to file my taxes cause I didn't think it was right but I don't know what to do because you said it was correct who screwed me who screwed me how do I fix it
