LA Fair Plan Emergency Assessment for Tax year 2024

For La State Tax, how come there is no place in 2024 LA Tax forms (in TurboTax) for me to enter the LA Fair Plan Emergency Assessment. I can't claim this deduction in 2024?

    No, I don't believe so.

     

    I can't find any reference to this credit in the current Louisiana Instructions. Perhaps this is because as one of my coworker wrote several years ago:

     

    If you are referring to the Louisiana Citizen Insurance Credit, this credit is no longer available.  Act 403 of the 2017 Regular Legislative Session ended the credit effective December 31, 2019.

    If you have some reason to think that this is still a valid credit, please let me know.
