Question

Last year my daughter never received the tax returns for child support, how do I make sure that she gets the tax returns for this year and last year?

Your question is not clear, would you please explain what you mean by never receiving returns for child support?

    I owe child support and my daughters dad aaron moreno never received the monies owed. What does he need to do? Or what do I need to do?

    That is a question to ask the agency that enforces the child support order; TurboTax never knows about offsets to income tax refunds.
