I NEVER RECEIVED MY TAX RETURN FROM LAST YEAR. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

If you never received your refund from last year you should contact a representative at the appropriate tax agency. For Federal call the IRS, for your state call your states department of revenue. The representatives will be able to answer your questions and let you know what they need from you.
